What are the delivery times?

Between 3 and 6 business days with Mondial Relay to a pick-up point or to your home, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes! A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent after shipment.

Are my candies well protected?

Yes. Each order is carefully packaged to prevent breakage or crushing.

Do you offer sugar-free / allergen-free candies?

Some candies may contain: gluten, nuts, milk, colorings.

Can I return a product?

❌No .
For hygiene and food safety reasons, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.
Except in cases of error on our part or damaged product upon receipt, where a replacement or refund may be considered (with photo).

What if my order arrives damaged?
